Cancellation and Refund Policy
Booking Fee
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee is $50 for Facial & Skin treatments and $100 for Cosmetic treatments, and it will be applied towards the total cost of your chosen service.
Please note that if you require time to review, consider, or delay the options presented during your appointment, this fee remains non-refundable.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Failure to attend your appointment, or to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.
- If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be credited to your account for future use. Booking fees are non-refundable.
- For pre-paid treatments, failure to attend your appointment or to cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the total cost of the treatment.
Treatment Reviews and Complementary Services
Treatment reviews are typically scheduled 14 days post-treatment.
This includes follow-up appointments for cosmetic treatments, which may incur an additional cost for dose adjustments.
Complimentary enzyme facials are offered 14 days after needling, RF, or peel treatments. If you are unable to attend your scheduled 14-day post-treatment appointment, these complimentary treatments will be forfeited. These complementary treatments cannot be rescheduled.
Client Responsibility
Our procedures and products may not be suitable for everyone. While we exercise due care and skill in treating our clients, it is ultimately your responsibility to determine if a product or treatment is right for you.
To ensure we can provide you with the best possible service, please provide all requested information on our consent forms and inform us of any factors that may affect your treatment. We encourage you to discuss your treatment goals with your therapist or health professional and maintain realistic expectations regarding treatment results.

Cancellations

- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in your deposit being forfeited.
Booking Deposits
- $50 deposit for skin treatments
- $100 deposit for cosmetic treatments
- Deposits are applied toward your treatment on the day.
- Deposits are non-refundable for change of mind, late cancellations, or if you choose to delay or review options after your consultation. With adequate notice, deposits may be transferred to a future booking.
Consumer Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement if a service or product has a major problem. In these cases, no fees will apply.
Change of Mind
Refunds for voluntary cancellations (not covered by ACL) may incur a $25 administration fee, which is non-refundable.
Prepaid Treatments & Packages
- Non-transferable.
- Refunds may be provided for unused sessions, minus the admin fee.
- Treatments already received are charged at the single-treatment rate.
Reviews & Complimentary Services
- Treatment reviews are usually booked 14 days post-treatment. Cosmetic reviews may incur a fee for dose adjustments.

- Must be attended on the scheduled date.
- Cannot be rescheduled or transferred.
